At Seafolly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your swimwear doesn't fit or feel quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all hygiene stickers and swing tags still securely attached.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
